I wish this was a joke, but while Senator Feingold and Gov Warner are out campaigning to win back the house on Monday, Senator Gravel will begin campaigning for himself.

Warner and Feingold are out fundraising. "Campaigning" is a lovely euphemism, but kindly recognize it as such. Gravel will need the extra time to get enough people informed that they can look past the advertising blitzes the otherts buy with corporate money that will have to be paid back SOMEHOW. No company wants to bankroll this guy. Health insurance firms, defense industries and oil companies will be all too happy if the US citizenry ignores Mike Gravel.
